The Developmental Screener is a foundational evaluation that provides a quick and efficient overview of your child's developmental progress in key areas. This tool is perfect for obtaining preliminary understanding and pinpointing any early indications of developmental delays.

The Developmental Screener consists of:

• Intake Session
• 1 assessment in the 5 developmental domains: Cognitive, Social, Adaptive, Communication, and Motor.
• Results Analysis Session 
• Written Evaluation Summary

*A $200 deposit is required at checkout for your intake session. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the evaluation. At the time of the assessment, the remaining balance will be needed.
